| Why list with a TopSite and How does a TopSite work? It's a way of getting traffic to your website, you may find you will be getting more clicks from this topsite than you do from Google. When you join, you place your banner on the topsite. You will also get a code to place on your website to direct traffic to the topsite. The more traffic that comes to the topsite as a result of clicking on our banner on your site, the higher up the topsite your banner will appear. You will get more hits back to your site than than you can send to the topsite x3. Example: you send one click to the topsite and will get 3 hits back. It goes without saying… the better the position of our banner on your site the more traffic you will get back. If you tuck our banner way in your links page, not many people will see it so you will not get much traffic back. Place it at the bottom of your home page and you will see a massive difference. |
The Rules. Banners must be a maximum of 700 x 90 pixels. Larger banners will be removed. You must place our banner on a visable part of your site. No multiple banners heading to the same website. You may add a banner for your main website and a blog if you have one as long as it is not just another page on your website and the banners dont look the same. |

| Help to Join Account Name: Used as a login user name must be lower case, no gaps etc. Site Name: Will appear just above you banner as a link. If you do not have a banner, it will be a clickable link to your site. Your email: For the Topsite to confirm your account details. We do not sell or Give your email address to other companies. Site Description: A few words about your site. Site Image: The most important bit. Enter the link of your banner from whoever is hosting it starting with http:// Banners must be a maximum of 700x90 pixels. Over large banners will be removed. If you need help on this, see below. |

| Help with Image hosting. Image hosting is free. The one I tend to use is “Photobucket”. Go to http://photobucket.com/ , set up a free account and upload your banner. When it has uploaded, mouse over the banner and you will see a drop down list of all the html code and links that you might need for your banner. Copy the “Direct Link” and use that for your “Site Image”. When you have created your account. You will get an email with your login details and the code to put on your website. You must use this code to link people to the topsite or your clicks will not register. Simply listing the top site web address on your site will not work.
